Cancel contracts
Here you can cancel your active contracts. Contracts that, according to the offer description, do not renew automatically do not need to be cancelled. Cancellation is also possible in the customer area if you have access – in this case, you do not need to provide certain data for cancellation.
Cancellation procedure:
- You will receive a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation by email immediately afterwards with a confirmation link. Opening the confirmation link serves to verify the customer's identity and prevents abusive cancellation of contracts by third parties.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation by email as soon as we have processed your cancellation. If the customer's identity or the contract to be cancelled is unclear or incorrect, we reserve the right to contact our customers and request clarification.
